Will it slow my connection?+
On a fiber line you should see 2–4% loss with WireGuard. Over satellite or cellular, somewhere in the 8–15% range. We publish median speeds per station every Sunday.
Do you keep activity logs?+
No. Our infrastructure runs from RAM. We have no disks to log to, and no incentive to: a no-logs business is structurally simpler and harder to subpoena.
How many devices can I use?+
Six on Atlas, plus a router profile. Bureau is per-seat with unlimited devices per seat.
Can I get a static IP?+
Yes. Dedicated IPs are an add-on or part of Bureau. Pick a region and a city; you’ll keep that address as long as your subscription is active.
What if I don’t like it?+
Within 30 days, ask. We send the money back, no questions. We won’t even ask why.
