We stay small on purpose. Fewer people, fewer meetings, more time to do the work properly. Every hire changes the whole team, so we treat each one with care.

We do not sell data, we do not log, and we do not build features that quietly erode either of those. If a decision is good for users but slower for us, we take the slow road.

Remote, async-friendly.
We are spread across time zones and we write things down. Long blocks of focused time beat a calendar full of calls. You are trusted to manage your own hours.

Own your work.
You ship what you build and you stay close to how it behaves in the real world. No layers of sign-off between you and the people who rely on the app.

We are not actively hiring at the moment. We hire rarely and deliberately, and when we do, we tend to fill the role with someone we have been talking to for a while.
