Availability

What we aim for.

99.9%

Our monthly availability target.

We target 99.9% monthly availability across our gateway network as our SLA goal. This is a target we hold ourselves to — not a measured guarantee for any given month.

Planned maintenance is announced ahead of time.

When we need to take part of the network down for scheduled work, we announce it in advance and aim for low-traffic windows so most sessions are never affected.

The honest part

This page is a human-maintained status overview, updated by our team rather than a live monitoring feed. A real-time, automatically updated status page is on our roadmap. In the meantime, if you’re seeing a problem we haven’t flagged here, please tell us — reports from people who use the product are how we catch the things our dashboards miss.
